October is National Pregnancy & Infant Loss Awareness Month 💗💙

In October 1988, President Ronald Reagan established this month to honor families who have lost a baby through miscarriage, stillbirth, SIDS, or infant death. His words still speak to the heart:

“When a child loses their parent, they are called an orphan. When a spouse loses their partner, they are called a widow. When parents lose their child, there isn’t a word to describe them.”

This month—and especially on October 15, Pregnancy & Infant Loss Remembrance Day—we light candles to remember the precious lives gone too soon. 🕯️

Grief doesn’t always look the same—and it doesn’t need permission to be real. If you’ve experienced a miscarriage, your pain is valid. Your love was real. And your loss matters.

You don’t have to walk through it alone. Alpha Clinics offers safe, supportive spaces to process grief and find hope again.
