✨ MEMBER SPOTLIGHT ✨
In her early 20s, fitness was her life.
CrossFit. Spartan Races. Earning her Trifecta.
She was in the best shape of her life—and it showed.
Then life shifted.
Marriage. Motherhood. New priorities.
Somewhere along the way… she lost herself.
She stopped working out.
Stopped eating well.
Stopped doing the things she loved.
Anxiety took over.
For years, she tried to get back—different gyms, different medications…
