We’re happy we got to show you how to make a plant-based lasagna at Heritage Senior Center today! For those who attended, thanks so much for having us (: This recipe makes 12 servings and one serving sure can fill you up. These nutrition facts are not counting added salt and pepper btw! Take into consideration the fiber amount. Increase this amount by adding more spinach/greens or replacing the lasagna pasta with your favorite vegetable or fruit such as eggplant, zucchini, or more!
