You know those moments when you just need something sweet — something chocolatey, rich, and comforting — but you don’t want to feel like you’ve just eaten a brick of sugar?

That’s exactly how this mousse came to life.

It’s creamy, luscious, and full of good-for-you fats (thank you, avocado 🥑).

Each spoonful feels like dessert therapy — silky, smooth, and deeply chocolatey — without the crash or guilt.

If you’ve ever stood in your kitchen craving dessert but wishing it could somehow also be nourishing, this one’s for you.

Ingredients (makes 3 servings)
- 1 large ripe avocado, halved, peeled, and pitted
- ¼ cup (25 g) raw cacao powder
- ¼ cup (55 g) coconut oil, melted
- 2 Tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp natural vanilla extract
- Optional toppings: berries, pomegranate arils, chopped walnuts or almonds, shredded coconut, raw cacao nibs, or coconut cream

Instructions
- Add the avocado to a high-speed blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
- Add the cacao powder and blend again.
- Pour in the coconut oil, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla, and blend until thick and pudding-like.
- Spoon into small bowls and chill for 1–2 hours.
- Top with your favorite add-ons and enjoy this rich, feel-good treat.

😋 If you somehow have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days!

🍁 I don’t know about you, but something about fall makes my body crave warmth, comfort, and balance.

The crisp air, shorter days, and shifting seasons can leave our hormones feeling a little wobbly—but that’s exactly when it helps to slow down and nourish yourself with simple, grounding rituals.

This Fall Soothing Chamomile Tonic is one of my favorites. 🌿

It’s calming for stress, gentle on digestion, and the spices give it that cozy autumn hug we all need.

Plus, chamomile has hormone-supportive properties that can help your body relax and recover after long, busy days.

Fall Soothing Chamomile Tonic
(makes 4 servings)

- 4 cups (960 ml) boiling water
- 6 bags chamomile tea
- 2 tsp grated fresh ginger
- Juice of ½ an orange (instead of lemon)
- 2 tsp raw honey
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 whole cloves
- Optional: pinch of nutmeg or a star anise pod

Instructions
- In a large heatproof bowl, stir together boiling water, tea bags, ginger, orange juice, honey, and spices.
- Steep, stirring occasionally, for 20 minutes. Press on the tea bags before discarding to release all the flavor.
- Strain, pour into mugs, and enjoy warm—or let cool and refrigerate to sip chilled.
