☀️I’ve been mia... busy working and not enough time to snap pics of finished dishes. But, here is an inspo from what was in the fridge. You can use bigger peppers. I used what was handy. Stuffed lentil/veggie mini peppers.

1. Sauté your desired veggies (I used zucchini, mini potatoes, green beans) onion and garlic.) Add seasoning (I used cumin, salt, pepper, dash of balsamic vinegar).
2. Prepare lentils boil in water (add garlic onion, seasoning and/or broth).
3. Slice peppers in half and stuff.
4. Insert in oven for 10-15min.
5. Let cool for 5-10min and then add sauce (if u make one) and or sour cream & slices of avocado.
6. If you have leftover veggies you can use that for another dish.

My sister loved these and she is picky with some veggies lol. A great way to sneak in veggies 😜

⭐️When we are intentional we raise awareness. I think wether we decide to be intentional, just the thought alone makes you fully aware. For example, doing an act of kindness out of love. You are focusing on your act to be pure and genuine, therefore you are aware of the importance of LOVE. And you implement it more in your life. The same with lifestyle habits, praying before eating, you are aware of your blessing to eat, to have food, and you are aware of not taking for granted a plate of food. What are you intentional about ? 🌿☀️

Sunday’s
The more we do things that require no money, no tools, the more we can appreciate the moment of those experiences. Going to the park is free, sitting by a tree, walking around a lake. You can take food with you from home. You can walk at the beach, go on a trail, lay on the grass, lay on the sand.

Sitting in your backyard, talking to a friend, talking to a new person.

We need to re-learn to appreciate the simple things and re-normalize simplicity. We live in a culture we’re we have normalized vacations as the norm, “needing to get away” to enjoy things, needing to buy things to celebrate, buy things to have the “best experience”, needing to buy the latest gadget to have the best record of your experience.

Really hope you can find one simple joy that requires your presence and your awareness to appreciate.

Morning beautiful! What’s for breakfast? You can never go wrong with a quick oatmeal bowl. So much fiber and nutritional benefits. You want it sweetened ? Add honey 🍯 drizzle, cinnamon, and/or almond butter. And fruit of course.

Having a nutritious breakfast really “fuels” your body and brain 🧠 and you can notice the difference.

Also pictured my current book read by Ms. Bernstein. Amongst a few things I can remember at the moment... it talks about receiving, how to be ready to receive in every aspect of your life and building strong faith. Next, how you will ultimately shape yourself to attract what you are and want. She talks about how life should be easy and we are use to “working hard,” but all things that are meant in our lives should come smoothly. This only happens when we are extremely present and are truly being ourselves and honest with the things we truly want. Thoughts 💭? Do you think life should go smoothly or is hard work necessary?

¡Buenos días preciosa! ¿Qué hay para desayunar? Nunca puedes equivocarte con un tazón de avena rápido. Tanta fibra y beneficios nutricionales. ¿Lo quieres endulzado? Agregue miel 🍯 llovizna, canela o mantequilla de almendras.

Tomar un desayuno nutritivo realmente “alimenta” su cuerpo y su cerebro 🧠 y puede notar la diferencia.

La otra imagen es mi libro actual que estoy leyendo por la autora Sra. Bernstein. Entre algunas cosas que puedo recordar en este momento ... habla sobre recibir, cómo estar listo para recibir en todos los aspectos de su vida y cómo construir una fe sólida. A continuación, cómo se formará en última instancia para atraer lo que es y desea. Ella habla de cómo la vida debería ser fácil y que estamos acostumbrados a “trabajar duro”, pero todas las cosas que significan en nuestras vidas deberían salir bien. Esto solo sucede cuando estamos extremadamente presentes y somos verdaderamente nosotros mismos y honestos con las cosas que realmente queremos. Pensamiento 💭? ¿Crees que la vida debería ir bien o es necesario trabajar duro?

On busy weekdays a good pasta hits the spot. I’ve found my favorite clean ingredient sauce w/ simple “organic” ingredients and taste so good, no bloated feeling. 🍝

📸 pasta, store bought heirloom sauce, chopped basil, chopped cherry tomatoes, sourdough w/ vegan butter 🧈

1. Boil pasta, cover with water. Through in salt, olive oil. Let it boil semi- hard.
2. Drain w/ water.
3. Put back in the pot, throw in sauce, tomatoes, basil.
4. Serve w/ chopped basil on top.

En los días de semana, una buena pasta sabe bien. Encontré una salsa de ingredientes limpios “orgánica". Sabe tan bien, sin sensación de hinchazón. 🍝

📸 pasta, salsa heirloom comprada en la tienda, albahaca picada, tomates cherry picados, masa madre con mantequilla vegana

1. Hervir la pasta, cubrir con agua. Hechale sal, aceite de oliva. Hervir- que queden un poco duros, no tan suave.
2. Drene con agua.
3. Ponlo de nuevo en la olla, agregue la salsa, los tomates y la albahaca.
4. Sirva con albahaca picada encima.
