As a trainer and health coach most conversation is driven around nutrition and weight loss. Nutrition can be the most stressful part of the process. What to eat, how much, when to eat etc. The truth is it doesn’t haven’t to be complicated. We don’t have to restrict. We don’t have to live in fear of the scale. We don’t have to crash diet. We don’t have to beat the crap out of ourselves as a form as punishment for eating the cake last night or having some wine with the girls. Fitness has to fit in our lifestyles. Not the other way around.
