This holiday season we are supporting low income and houseless families at Endeavor Elementary (one of our neighborhood schools!).

Our annual 50-Hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training begins Sept. 26th!

Learn the gentle and quiet practice of Yin Yoga over the course of 5 weekends alongside other heart centered yogis. Join facilitators Riley & Ashlee on a transformative journey into the darker, deeper, calmer and subtle energies of the self.

Prior yoga teaching experience is not required. Yin practitioners of all levels are welcome. Not only will you feel confident teaching over 60 Yin postures, you will also receive 50 CEUs (continuing education credits) as a Yin Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance!

FIRST TUESDAY OF EVERY MONTH - Sound Bath Flow & Restore! ✨ ✨

Join Merry for a delicious balanced practice to both uplift and relax you. This class begins with a warming all-levels Vinyasa flow, to cultivate strength and flexibility in the body. Then softens into a sequence of restorative postures that encourage total rest and relaxation.

The first Tuesday of every month will be particularly special, ending class with 20 minutes of deep relaxation and healing through the soothing tones of crystal sound bowls!

$20 drop-in (free for members)
