TODAY is the FINAL day to pick up your FREE colon cancer screening kit.
➡️ SBLCH Medical Center, Walk-In & Primary Care Clinic, 660 W. Taylor St.
➡️ 9 am - 4 pm, Saturday, March 14

Samples should be returned by Friday March 27 to the SBL FCH Laboratory. 650 W Taylor St. Lab hours are 6 am - 6 pm, Monday - Friday. If dropping off on the weekend or after hours, you will need to register in the Emergency Department.

Colon cancer is treatable in its earliest stages, and periodic screenings are needed for early detection. SBL FCH is offering a limited number of free colon cancer screening kits on a first-come, first-served basis form March 9 - 14.
