Maine Blueberry Wonder Whip Recipe 🫐

Looking for a sweet, protein-packed treat that tastes like blueberry pie? This Maine Blueberry Wonder Whip is the perfect mix of creamy and fruity, and it’s super easy to make!

Ingredients:

32 oz plain Greek yogurt
5 scoops vanilla protein powder
(I use vanilla Shakeology, zero added sugar ask me for my discount code)
Wyman’s frozen blueberries OR canned wild Maine blueberries (my fave but hard to find!)

Mix the yogurt and protein powder until smooth. Separate into 5 servings. Top with your fresh or canned blueberries. Wyman’s wild Maine blueberries are a must for that delicious, authentic flavor!

💡 Tip: A common mistake people make when increasing their protein is forgetting to add in fiber. That’s why the protein powder I use is not only high in protein, loaded with superfoods, but also high in fiber—helping you stay full longer and keeping your digestion on track!

Want to try the vanilla protein I use? DM me the word SAMPLES for a link for some samples! 🙌 Tis’ the season to treat yourself so might was make it something that’s actually productive for your health.

Tag me if you try this recipe—I want to hear what you think! 💙

3 Ingredient No Bake Lemon Pie! 🍋

If you scroll back a few posts on my feed, you’ll see the original recipe used crushed Kodiak graham crackers but apparently, they’ve been discontinued! I found them at a discount store called LOOT, but here’s a variation without them.

Each serving has 40g protein and 309 calories, and it couldn’t be easier to make:

💛 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
💛 1 scoop vanilla milkshake Quest protein (or any vanilla protein powder)
💛 1/4 cup lemon pie filling(just spoon it on top!)

Mix the yogurt and protein powder, top with the lemon pie filling. Our family is obsessed with these….we love all things lemon! 🍋

If 2 p.m. feels like the most tired you’ve ever been in your life, you need to try a Lit Lemonade!

I love these because if I drink coffee after 12 p.m., I can almost guarantee I’ll be wide awake at 3 a.m. But with this plant-based caffeine, derived from green tea, I get the boost I need without it lingering all night.

This time of year can run us ragged, and having an afternoon pick-me-up that’s easy to carry and mix is a lifesaver. My favorite flavors are lemon and strawberry lemonade…both perfect for a pick-me-up drink during a busy day or holiday gathering.

Here’s how to make my favorite:

✨ Lit Lemonade

• 1 can Zevia Ginger Ale
• 1 scoop Lemon Energize
• Lots of ice

Mix it up in a cute cup and enjoy!

The Cyber Sale on Energize ends Monday, so don’t wait! I recommend the stick packs because they’re so convenient….toss them in your purse and mix them anywhere. If you’d like the link to grab some, just comment LINK below, and I’ll send it to you!

Make-Ahead Breakfast Bowls 🍳

Here’s a simple way to prep your breakfasts for the week!

1️⃣ Start by spraying two-cup glass containers (oven-safe). I’m using these from my Amazon store—link is in my bio!

2️⃣ Crack one egg into each container.

3️⃣ Add ¼ cup egg whites.

4️⃣ Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder (or your favorite seasonings).

5️⃣ Add ¾ cup of chopped veggies—anything you need to use up! I used spinach.

6️⃣ Mix everything together and top with about 0.2 cups (just a small handful) of shredded cheese—I used Colby, but any shredded cheese works.

7️⃣ Finish with chopped turkey sausage (I used two Applegate links).

8️⃣ Bake at 400°F for 30-40 minutes.

9️⃣ Let them cool, add lids, and store in the fridge for easy grab-and-go breakfasts all week!

There’s a $99 promo right now for a one year subscription to BODi (aka the Netflix of workouts). It includes the 2B Mindset and Portion Fix nutrition programs too!

I personally love 2B Mindset because it helped me ditch food noise and tracking and just plate it simply.
No macro math, no measuring, no stress.
(But if you are a macro person my husband is so I’ll drop the macros in the comments!)

Don’t throw out your pies, repurpose them!

I love making wonder whips!

What’s a wonder whip??? yogurt + scoop of protein powder. My personal favorites are shakeology, recover and quest (some flavors are better than others).

I made the wonder whip and stirred in some heated up apple pie. Talk about NEXT LEVEL deliciousness!!! You can use use a little bit of the pie filling mixed into a wonder whip. Personally I’d probably would eat this as breakfast (yup pie for breakfast 😂) or lunch. I follow 2B Mindset for a nutritional theory…so I count it as a protein and a “silly” FFC.

Maybe you’re totally offended that I ate sugar, that’s ok. ♥️ Keep your comment to yourself and keep scrolling. I’m sure you’ll find some content that you resonate with.

Anyone else eat pie for breakfast today?

PS- my favorite protein powder has a Black Friday deal going on. Comment “Shake” below for the link
