High protein banana cream pie š
This is one of my favorite easy meal prep desserts that is packed with protein. You can make it in bulk for the week or just one at a time.
Hereās how:
Big batch (makes 7):
large 40 oz tub plain Greek yogurt (7 servings)
7 scoops vanilla protein powder
box sugar-free banana pudding mix
Mix together, then divide into 7 containers. Add a layer of crackers of choice (I use Earthās Best ABC crackers, but graham crackers, Teddy Grahams, etc. work great). Top with the pudding mixture and refrigerate. When youāre ready to eat, slice a banana on top. Keeps 5ā7 days in the fridge.
Single serving:
1 serving plain Greek yogurt
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 1 tsp sugar-free banana pudding mix
Mix together and layer with your cracker base + sliced banana when ready to eat.
ā FAQā¦No, I donāt freeze these! Fat-free yogurt turns icy and gross when frozen. Stick with the fridge for best results.
