🚨 Viral biscotti cheesecake… and honestly the highest protein sweet treat you’ll find 🤌

Big Batch Recipe:

7 scoops plain greek yogurt
7 scoops vanilla protein powder
1 box sugar-free jell-o cheesecake mix

Mix together + divide into 7 prep containers add 2 biscotti cookies into each. Top with a dollop of cool whip and sprinkle crushed biscotti crumbs on top.

Single Serving Version

¾ cup yogurt (any kind works)
1 scoop protein powder
1 tsp sugar-free cheesecake mix
2 biscotti cookies
cool whip + crushed crumbs on top

Pro tip…let it sit overnight!! It’s such much better

okay but real question… when you fly Delta and they offer biscotti cookies OR the tomato sun dried sun chips… which one are you picking?! 👀

High-protein Heath “candy bar” Wonder Whip

Did a big batch earlier, but here’s the small batch version:

• ¾ cup yogurt
• 1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein powder
• 2 tbsp PBfit
• 1 tsp sugar-free butterscotch pudding mix
Mix it all up, then sprinkle about ½ tbsp crushed Heath bar on top 👌

Also… if you hear a cat meowing in the background, that’s because she just caught a mouse 😳🐭

Ingredient No Bake Lemon Pie! 🍋

If you scroll back a few posts on my feed, you’ll see the original recipe used crushed Kodiak graham crackers but apparently, they’ve been discontinued! I found them at a discount store called LOOT, but here’s a variation without them.

Each serving has 40g protein and 309 calories, and it couldn’t be easier to make:

💛 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
💛 1 scoop vanilla milkshake Quest protein (or any vanilla protein powder)
💛 1/4 cup lemon pie filling(just spoon it on top!)

Mix the yogurt and protein powder, top with the lemon pie filling. Our family is obsessed with these….we love all things lemon! 🍋

Why buy Butterfingers when you can make a healthier version at home? 🤷‍♀️

Homemade Butterfingers Recipe
Ingredients:

• 1 cup creamy peanut butter
• ½ cup maple syrup
• 4 cups organic cornflakes, crushed
• 1½ cups chocolate chips
• 2 teaspoons coconut oil

Instructions:

Mix peanut butter, maple syrup, and crushed cornflakes until well combined. Press the mixture into an 8x8-inch pan. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave-safe mug, then pour over the mixture, spreading evenly. Place in the freezer for about 20-30 minutes to set. Once firm, cut into bars and enjoy!

Indulge your sweet tooth with your swole mate this Valentine’s with this delightful Chocolate Cherry Wonder Whip!

Ingredients:

• 40 oz plain Greek yogurt
• 6 scoops of chocolate shake mix
• 1 box chocolate pudding mix
• Cherries (fresh, frozen, or canned) for topping

PS- don’t come at me if you’re upset that I’m using canned cherries. Do you boo…and I’ll do me 👌

Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, chocolate shake mix, and chocolate pudding mix. Stir until smooth and well blended.

2. Serve portions into individual bowls or containers.

3. Top each serving with cherries of your choice.

4. Enjoy immediately, or refrigerate for a chilled treat later.

Peach Cobbler Wonder Whip

I love making recipes like this. It taste like dessert and since it’s high protein, it keeps me full longer.

5.3 ounces peach flavored Greek yogurt (any flavor of your chocie)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Peach pie filling (or fresh peaches, if preferred)
Vanilla granola

Mix the first two ingredients together. Top with the other two and enjoy!

how to make it:

½ cup plain Greek yogurt
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (any brand/scoop size works!)

Stir it up—add a splash of water if it’s too thick. Fold in your favorite sprinkles. Serve with graham crackers (I love the Simple Mills ones!)
