High protein banana cream pie šŸŒ

This is one of my favorite easy meal prep desserts that is packed with protein. You can make it in bulk for the week or just one at a time.

Here’s how:

Big batch (makes 7):

large 40 oz tub plain Greek yogurt (7 servings)
7 scoops vanilla protein powder
box sugar-free banana pudding mix

Mix together, then divide into 7 containers. Add a layer of crackers of choice (I use Earth’s Best ABC crackers, but graham crackers, Teddy Grahams, etc. work great). Top with the pudding mixture and refrigerate. When you’re ready to eat, slice a banana on top. Keeps 5–7 days in the fridge.

Single serving:

1 serving plain Greek yogurt
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 1 tsp sugar-free banana pudding mix

Mix together and layer with your cracker base + sliced banana when ready to eat.

āŒ FAQ…No, I don’t freeze these! Fat-free yogurt turns icy and gross when frozen. Stick with the fridge for best results.

Enjoy!

Oreo Cheesecake Wonder Whip šŸŖšŸ’Ŗ High protein and insanely easy to make! Literally rolled out of bed and made a big batch for the week

Here’s how to make 1 serving (but let’s be honest… I always 10x it)

🄣 1 scoop Isopure Cookies & Cream protein powder
🄣 1 serving plain Greek yogurt (about ¾ cup)
🄣 1 tsp sugar-free Jell-O pudding mix

Mix it all together, scoop into your container, and top with ½ a crushed Oreo (or fake Oreo if you’re cheap like me šŸ˜‚).

This was my first time trying the Isopure protein powder, and it was so smooth not chalky at all. Perfect for this recipe!

Type ISOPURE if you want the link šŸ‘‡

Ingredient No Bake Lemon Pie! šŸ‹

If you scroll back a few posts on my feed, you’ll see the original recipe used crushed Kodiak graham crackers but apparently, they’ve been discontinued! I found them at a discount store called LOOT, but here’s a variation without them.

Each serving has 40g protein and 309 calories, and it couldn’t be easier to make:

šŸ’› 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
šŸ’› 1 scoop vanilla milkshake Quest protein (or any vanilla protein powder)
šŸ’› 1/4 cup lemon pie filling(just spoon it on top!)

Mix the yogurt and protein powder, top with the lemon pie filling. Our family is obsessed with these….we love all things lemon! šŸ‹

I made a high protein strawberry cheesecake ā€œice creamā€ for my husband’s birthday because he’s not really into cake… and this is what he wanted instead.

I don’t have a Ninja Creami, so I’m just working with what I’ve got

Here’s what I used:

• 32 oz plain Greek yogurt (full fat)
• 32 oz cottage cheese (full fat… blend this first so it’s smooth)
• 3 scoops vanilla protein powder (any kind works)
• 1 box sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix
• 1 tbsp maple syrup

Mix that all together…that’s your base.

Then layer it

Half the mixture → crushed biscotti cookies + sliced strawberries → rest of the mixture → more biscotti + strawberries on top.

Freeze it, then let it sit out 5–10 minutes before serving… it scoops way easier and tastes a lot creamier.

Quick tip… I use full fat because fat free tends to get icy. If you’ve got a Ninja Creami you can tweak things more but this works really well as is.

Been a long week. Norovirus attacked alongside my daughter’s ongoing digestive motility issues… craving some comfort food.
If you’re looking to drop weight fast, try norovirus (but seriously, don’t šŸ˜‚ it ain’t worth it).

Easter dessert idea!!!

So I was making a banana cream pie… until I dropped the crust mid-reel. Pivoted straight into casserole mode 😜

Here’s what I used for this high-protein banana cream pie snack or whatever:

2 cups plain Greek yogurt
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
1 packet sugar-free banana pudding mix
1 tub sugar free cool whip

Mix those together!

Layer in a reduced-fat graham cracker crust (if you don’t drop it like me), add 1 sliced banana to the bottom, then pour the pudding mix on top. I crumbled a couple graham cracker cookies over the top.

Legit tastes just like the real thing but with actual protein. 🤯

If you always crave something sweet after meals, this is for you!

I LOVE Built Bars…low-cal, high-protein, and they taste like a candy bar. My go-to flavors: Cookie Dough Puff, Coconut Puff, and Salted Caramel Bar.

Here’s the hack: Cut one bar into thirds in the morning. Have a piece mid-morning, after lunch, and after dinner. Just enough to curb the craving without overdoing it!
