It has been a rough retrograde, but nothing brings me clarity like the outdoors....THE SUN!
I sat outside and teying a new approach with my channel today. I was feeling desperate to ask for what I was feeling this weight for...I asked the questions to the ether, and to my surprise, everything I interpreted was mostly chinese (which I don't not speak) but as I asked the questions, I was overwhelmed by the responses. Then upon my final question, I sobbed through the response, that was again, in another language. The transcript is below:

Question 1:
Why does the energy today feel so awful, heavy, and negative?
Transmission:

Translation:
“Hard to believe” or “unbelievable.”

✨ The Transmission: Invocation • Arrival • Integration ✨

Last night, during sound healing and movement, a powerful sequence of chants flowed through me in a deeply embodied and joyful state. I was dancing barefoot under the moon, feeling energy move through my body and ground into my feet. My physical body began to vibrate, and I could feel generations of messages moving through me, integrating and anchoring into my being.

These words were not only ceremony. They were an invocation of Source energy—an exchange that amplifies whatever you are working with in your life, your healing, your creativity, and your spiritual growth.

The first transmission came through in a language that carries the tone of Urdu and Persian devotional poetry:

In many mystical traditions, night is not darkness or fear. It is the sacred doorway inward—the place of intuition, dreams, healing, and divine connection. The Beloved represents the Divine Presence within each of us.

It reminded me that the sacred is not outside of us. It arrives through our breath, our movement, and our voice. As we open, the Beloved is already here.

Allow yourself to be both the ceremony and the altar.
