Hello everyone.. I hope you're having a great day! Our Tae Kwon Do program is going great. We are taking new students in our beginner class. Which meet Mondays and Thursdays from 530 to 630. For ages 6 and up. Our little my ninjas program is also taking new students as well. that class meets Monday from 5 to 530. Our martial arts program is geared towards self defense learning to deal with bullies using practical techniques that work if you ever have to use them. We are also taking students in our adult classes as well. If you're interested in signing up or you have any other questions please don't hesitate to message me. Hello everyone I hope you're having a great morning.. I have spots available in our fitness kickboxing class. Mondays Wednesdays and Thursdays from 830 to 930pm. Burn 600 to 800 calories in a hr. We focus on shadow boxing, bag work and core training. Cost is 85$ to start 35$ registration fee (MMA style gloves included) and 50$ a month for class once a week. 85$ for 2 classes a week and 100$ for 3 days a week per month. If you're interested in getting in shape and relieve stress fitness kickboxing is for you.

Hello everyone we will have our nunchuck seminar next weekend the 25th at 1:00pm to 3:00pm. The cost of the seminar is 35$ and includes your pair of nunchucks which are yours to keep. We will cover basic blocking and striking techniques with single chucks and a nunchuck Kata, as well as the history of the weapon. You must register by Monday the 20th so I have time to order enough pairs of nunchucks. Hope to see everyone there. It's going to be lots of fun and it's your first opportunity to learn a weapon.
