A Better Self, LLC Welcome to A Better Self! My name is Chelsea Lowe and I am the Owner of A Better Self, LLC. Thank you for being part of my journey.

I recently quit my job to start this business and finish up my Degree in Health Counseling and Certificate in Life Coaching. My DREAM is to open a store front for a Wellness Center that includes Life and Health Counseling, mental health services, clinical workshops, Community Events, and a small boutique with all local vendor’s merchandise. My vision is to create a space for my community to gather with their loved ones and spend QUALITY time with one another. I want to provide an environment to make connections and through our services become your BEST SELF. We are all on a journey and because of my own experiences (blissful and heartbreaking alike) I know that I can help people. My purpose in this world is to help others navigate their journey and develop their BEST SELF. Looking forward to connecting with you!

✨ALL LEVELS VINYASA YOGA ✨

Based on member and instructor feedback, we’re refreshing Tuesday evenings!

This class taught by our Instructor Jennifer, offers a stronger, more dynamic flow while still being accessible to everyone. Expect breath-led movement, intentional use of props, and rotating class highlights such as core stability and full-body strength.
