We are looking for 'The Sales Voice.' This job is all about using your voice on the phone to close sales. One must possess the ability to sell ANYTHING. You must have some sales experience either in person or on the phone. This person must have elite sales 'instincts' and should also be able to handle objections in order to sell. We are looking for a strong work ethic and someone who will assert his or herself in the daily routine. This person needs to be flexible and able to adapt with the changing tide! The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, excellent customer service skills and enjoys helping others to provide our clients with motivation and support in a positive and professional work environment.

Responsibilities include phone customer service, inbound and outbound sales calls. $12/hr base plus sales commission. Rate of pay includes a 90 day evaluation for possible increase in hourly pay.
We train people to contact the people that respond to our ads and have requested to be contacted. Our salespeople do not cold call. Experience with debt industry, debt collection, insurance, mortgage, or legal fields preferred.

Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
Prior Sales Experience a plus
