👉 Wrist circles improve circulation, loosen tendons and ligaments, and keep your wrist flexible, helping to ease stiffness and reduce pressure in the carpal tunnel.
✅ How to do it:
–Extend your arm in front of you with a relaxed wrist.
–Slowly rotate your wrist in a circle, clockwise 10 times.
–Repeat counterclockwise 10 times.
