In both photos, I was eating “healthy” and training consistently.

This isn’t a story of going from unfit to fit. In the earlier photo, I was already years into working out and actually training harder and more often than I am now.

The difference wasn’t effort.
The difference was understanding nutrition.

As my knowledge and application of nutrition improved in adequacy, quality, timing, and purpose, my body responded the way it was designed to.

Food isn’t just fuel or something to control for aesthetics.
It is our God-given lifeline.

Food is meant to support healing, prevent disease, and allow the body to function optimally. When I began using food as it was intended, my body followed suit.

Somewhere along the way, nutrition has become confusing and commercialized. We restrict it, fear it, and misuse it, then wonder why our bodies struggle.

NutriPlex exists to help bring people back to truth in nutrition, nourishment with intention, and respect for the body.

This isn’t about chasing a look. But the truth is, the way you look will often follow the way you eat.

Food isn’t the enemy.
It’s information.
It’s medicine.

I’m starting to share a few of my own personal recipes. Foods that reflect how I actually approach nutrition in real life and in practice.

If you know me, you know I’m not one to spend hours in the kitchen. Because of that, my approach to food is simple, efficient, and macro friendly. I appreciate foods that are functional, nutrient dense, and worth the calories.

These aren’t trendy recipes or “diet” foods.
These recipes will be practical, repeatable meals and snacks that support consistency, training, and everyday health.

First recipe:
Raisin the Bar Oat Bites

These were originally intended to be cookies, but once baked they turned into chewy oat bites with more of a grain bar texture, and honestly, I wasn’t mad about it!

They’re easy to portion, easy to prep, and flexible depending on how you use them.

✔️ Balanced carbohydrates
✔️ Fiber-rich
✔️ Protein-supported
✔️ Works well for breakfast, pre- or post-workout (my recommendation), or on-the-go fuel
