For us, that means the volunteers who help keep trash out of storm drains, clean up local neighborhoods and care for the Mojave River Watershed. Your efforts protect our water, our wildlife, and our future. 💙✨

Shining a bit brighter! 💎Last month, our team celebrated an incredible night at the Polaris Awards and we’re proud to share that MRWG won the Polaris Award for Community Relations! ✨

This recognition highlights the major strides we’ve made partnering and working with businesses across the High Desert, helping them better understand their impact on stormwater pollution and the role they play in protecting the Mojave River Watershed.

These efforts have strengthened community partnerships and built a strong foundation for future collaboration. A huge thank you to PRSA Inland Empire for celebrating the strategy and teamwork behind the work we do to protect the Mojave River Watershed. Here’s to more progress ahead! 💙🏆

Start composting! 🌿💧When food scraps end up in the trash, they create harmful methane gas and take up space in landfills. Composting keeps that waste out of the bin and turns it into nutrient-rich soil – perfect for your garden! 🌻

🥕 Collect fruit & veggie scraps
🍂 Add leaves or paper for balance
