I’ve gotten a little behind on posting the new restaurants we have tried. We were working in Amsterdam New York again and tried Dave’s Hot Chicken. We make an effort to eat local and not at chain restaurants. We had never heard of it and didn’t realize it’s actually a chain. But the place is very cool and the food was great. It’s still worth posting about. Part of the artwork says it was started with $900 in a deep fryer. I appreciate that.
