‼️Important Scheduling Policy Update – Please Read‼️
I need to address something that has been happening more often lately.
I truly understand that life happens and sometimes plans change. I always do my best to be understanding and accommodating. However, last-minute cancellations and no-show appointments have become a consistent issue even when I confirm the day before.
I stay very busy, and I am regularly turning clients away because my schedule is full.
When you book an appointment, that time is held specifically for you, and another client who wanted that time is not able to take it. When that appointment is canceled with little notice or missed entirely, it’s not only lost income for me, but also a missed opportunity for someone else who needed that spot.
Because of this, I will now be enforcing a stricter cancellation policy:
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice:
A fee will be applied based on the length of the scheduled service.
For example, for a 60-minute massage:
– First occurrence: $50
– Second occurrence: $75
– After that: appointments must be prepaid to book
• No-show appointments:
Clients will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.
This is not something I’ve enforced strictly in the past because I honestly don't want to, but it has become necessary to respect my time, my business, and to be fair to the many clients I have to turn away.
I appreciate those of you who respect my time and show up as scheduled. Your support truly means everything.
Thank you for your understanding!
