I like this websites breakdown about Vitamin C. When I first started with Dr. Lee he suggested I take Vit. C daily. That was almost 2 years ago and I have noticed a dramatic difference in the frequency and severity of getting sick. YAY. Perhaps this would be helpful to you too? check with Dr. Lee on your next visit. jf (note: I'm not pushing any book or product on the website, simply thought they explained and had nice graphs on the benefits of Vitamin C)
