I am always proud of . The person he is, not the things he does. But this day was special. At one point during the day his heart was broken and he was VERY disappointed with himself. He could have given up. He could have pretended he didn't care. Instead, he recognized his emotions. He allowed them to happen, then he stepped up determined to finish the day strong. Regardless of the outcome. And that belief in himself pushed him to do to 1 pull. One final effort to not give up or give in. And that ONE step shot him up from 5th place to 2nd. His character, commitment, and dedication are his finest traits. Proud of you then, now and always! Love you my Little Otter 😘

Do I have a favorite herb? Sometimes...just like you, I am constantly responding to what is going on within and around me. So, some days (or weeks) I have 1 go-to formula or herb that works like magic! On other days, I may have to try something else.
But, if I have one herb that pretty much everyone can benefit from, it would have to be ashwagandha. Why?
With regular use, ashwagandha has been shown to increase energy, improve your mood and even help you sleep better.
How can one herb do all of that? When you feel stressed your body releases a ton of chemicals, like cortisol and adrenaline, to help prepare you to survive danger. The problem is that when you feel stressed for prolonged periods of time or suffer with chronic anxiety, those chemicals accumulate in your body. Ashwagandha helps your body get rid of those chemicals more quickly. The result - is more energy, a better mood, and more restful sleep!
Another bonus of this herb is that it can be taken many different ways. You can use it in tea, take capsules, or you can use a liquid form.
