**Exciting news from our office!!**

The rumors are true- Dr. Jeremy will be stepping into a new adventure and will soon be running ACE Hardware in Lawrenceville!

We want to assure all of our patients that we are not closing our chiropractic offices. Dr. Jeremy will be seeing patients during limited hours, while Dr. Lisa transitions back to cover additional days. But, for now, it's business as usual!!

We are still finalizing the logistics of scheduling for both offices, and we promise to keep you updated along the way.

We are so grateful for your continued trust and support and we look forward to serving you through this exciting new chapter!!

A recent study found that doing 75 minutes of aerobic exercise per week plus 2-5 muscle-strengthening activities was linked to a reduced risk of developing chronic low back pain.

✔️ Sit on the edge of the bed for a moment before standing to avoid dizziness.
