I'm a group fitness and licensed Zumba Fitness instructor at the YMCA of Vineland. I'll be posting health and fitness tips as well as my latest schedule.

For years I just hated to exercise. Especially on those darn machines. So boring! Then I went to my first Zumba Fitness class in 20011. I found something that burned calories and was so much fun. I was hooked! I continued Zumba since then, through two pregnancies, and when I lost 25 lbs after my last baby, I rewarded myself with getting my Zumba Instructor license. I now teach at the Vineland YMCA, along with a couple other group fitness classes. I am still very much a work in progress and have much weight to lose, but it is all a work in progress. I am hoping I can be an inspiration to my students and friends and help them along in their fitness goals as I am hitting mine. This page is part of the journey!
