Springing forward = one less hour of sleep… so dinner better bring the heat. 🔥

Buffalo Chicken Mac & Cheese with a kick of Nutricost Cayenne to get you ready for Daylight Savings ☀️

Buffalo Chicken Mac & Cheese

Ingredients:

Pasta
• 1 lb elbow macaroni
Chicken
• 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• ½ tsp onion powder
• ¼ tsp Nutricost Cayenne Pepper
• Salt + pepper

Cheese Sauce
• 3 tbsp butter
• 3 tbsp flour
• 2 cups milk
• 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar
• ½ cup shredded mozzarella
• ½ cup cream cheese
• ½ cup buffalo sauce

Toppings (optional but elite)
• Blue cheese or ranch drizzle
• Green onions
• Extra dash of Nutricost Cayenne

Instructions

1️⃣ Cook macaroni in salted water until al dente. Drain.

2️⃣ Heat olive oil in a pan. Add chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and cayenne. Cook 2–3 minutes.

3️⃣ In a saucepan melt butter, whisk in flour, cook 1 minute. Slowly add milk while whisking until thick.

4️⃣ Stir in cream cheese, cheddar, mozzarella, and buffalo sauce until smooth and creamy.

5️⃣ Add pasta + chicken and mix well. Top with blue cheese, green onions, and an extra pinch of cayenne.

Comment 🌶 if you like your mac with some heat.

We are coming at you with another recipe: 🍓 Strawberry Protein Flan

Creamy, indulgent, and boosted with a touch of protein thanks to Nutricost Strawberry Milkshake Protein. Perfect for any dessert craving! 💪🏻🍮

Ingredients
Flan:
* ¾ cup sugar
* 4 eggs
* 12 oz evaporated milk
* 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
* 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
* 4 oz cream cheese
Strawberry Cake Layer:
* 1 box strawberry cake mix
* Ingredients listed on the box (usually eggs, oil, and water/milk)
* 1–2 scoops Nutricost Strawberry Milkshake Protein

Instructions
1. Prepare the caramel: Melt the sugar over medium heat until golden and smooth. Pour into greased heart-shaped molds, tilting to coat the bottom evenly. Let it slightly harden.

2. Make the flan: Blend the eggs, evaporated milk, condensed milk, cream cheese, and vanilla until smooth. Pour over the set caramel.

3. Bake the flan: Place the molds inside a larger baking dish filled with hot water (about halfway up the molds). Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45–50 minutes, until set but slightly jiggly in the center.

4. Prepare the cake layer: Preheat the oven according to the cake mix instructions. Prepare the batter and mix in 1–2 scoops of protein until fully incorporated.

5. Bake the cake over the flan: Pour the cake batter over the baked flan and bake for 20–25 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool to room temperature.

6. Chill and serve: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight. Carefully unmold so the caramel layer is on top.
Optional: Garnish with fresh strawberries, whipped cream, dulce de leche, or strawberry sauce.

Sweet Glow Cake Pops 🍰🧖🏻‍♀️

Soft, strawberry sweetness with a subtle glow in every bite. 🍓✨

INGREDIENTS

Cake
• 1 box strawberry cake mix
• Ingredients listed on cake mix box (eggs, oil, water or milk)
• 1–2 scoops Nutricost Unflavored Collagen Peptides

Binding
• ⅓–½ cup vanilla frosting (store-bought or homemade)

Coating
• 8–10 oz white, pink, or milk chocolate melting wafers
• Sprinkles (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

1️⃣ Bake the cake

- Preheat oven according to cake mix instructions.
- Prepare batter as directed on the box.
- Stir in 1–2 scoops collagen until fully incorporated.
- Pour into a greased pan and bake as directed.
- Let cool completely.

2️⃣ Form the cake pops

- Crumble cooled cake into fine crumbs.
- Mix in frosting gradually until the mixture holds together (not sticky).
- Roll into 12 evenly sized balls or add to desired molds.
- Chill for 20–30 minutes.

3️⃣ Dip & decorate

- Melt chocolate according to package instructions.
- Dip cake pop sticks into melted chocolate, then insert into cake balls.
- Dip fully into chocolate, tap off excess, and add sprinkles if using.
- Let set upright or on parchment paper.

INGREDIENTS(Serves 2)
1 cup cooked chicken, turkey, or tofu
2 cups mixed vegetables (broccoli, bell peppers, snap peas)
1–2 tsp garlic, minced
1–2 tsp fresh ginger, grated (optional)
2 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
1 tsp sesame oil
½ tsp Nutricost Cayenne Pepper Powder (adjust to taste)
Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS
Heat sesame oil in a skillet or wok over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté 1 minute.
Add vegetables and stir-fry until tender-crisp, about 3–5 minutes.
