Protein-Packed Veggie Stir-Fry (ft. Nutricost Cayenne Pepper Powder) 🥦
INGREDIENTS(Serves 2)
1 cup cooked chicken, turkey, or tofu
2 cups mixed vegetables (broccoli, bell peppers, snap peas)
1–2 tsp garlic, minced
1–2 tsp fresh ginger, grated (optional)
2 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
1 tsp sesame oil
½ tsp Nutricost Cayenne Pepper Powder (adjust to taste)
Salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat sesame oil in a skillet or wok over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté 1 minute.
Add vegetables and stir-fry until tender-crisp, about 3–5 minutes.
Stir in cooked chicken, tofu, or turkey and soy sauce. Heat through.
Sprinkle in Nutricost Cayenne Pepper Powder and mix well. Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
Serve immediately, optionally over rice or quinoa.
