Buffalo Chicken Mac & Cheese with a kick of Nutricost Cayenne to get you ready for Daylight Savings ☀️

Buffalo Chicken Mac & Cheese
Ingredients:
Pasta
• 1 lb elbow macaroni
Chicken
• 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• ½ tsp onion powder
• ¼ tsp Nutricost Cayenne Pepper
• Salt + pepper
Cheese Sauce
• 3 tbsp butter
• 3 tbsp flour
• 2 cups milk
• 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar
• ½ cup shredded mozzarella
• ½ cup cream cheese
• ½ cup buffalo sauce
Toppings (optional but elite)
• Blue cheese or ranch drizzle
• Green onions
• Extra dash of Nutricost Cayenne
Instructions
1️⃣ Cook macaroni in salted water until al dente. Drain.
2️⃣ Heat olive oil in a pan. Add chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and cayenne. Cook 2–3 minutes.
3️⃣ In a saucepan melt butter, whisk in flour, cook 1 minute. Slowly add milk while whisking until thick.
4️⃣ Stir in cream cheese, cheddar, mozzarella, and buffalo sauce until smooth and creamy.
5️⃣ Add pasta + chicken and mix well. Top with blue cheese, green onions, and an extra pinch of cayenne.
Comment 🌶 if you like your mac with some heat.
