It’s been a kick in the 🍑 learning this.
As a person who spend their life training singers, speakers, and literally everyone how to “find” their voice (both in (1) rehabilitation -after a voice injury or learning how to speak again after a stroke (2) training voices for stage and for expression) I am in awe of how this is just hitting me, personally.

It’s uncomfortable. It’s rewarding. Keep “finding” your own voice. Just promise, when you do… you won’t hide it ❤️
