We’ve got:

Big things are happening at Kaizen… and our community is invited to celebrate with us! 🎉

Join us for the Grand Opening of the Kaizen Wellness Center, a space built to bring health, fitness, recovery, and community together under one roof.

We’re kicking things off with a community workout at 8:30 AM, followed by our official ribbon cutting ceremony, meet-and-greets with our providers, and tours of the new facility so you can see everything this space has to offer.

You’ll also be able to grab some amazing food from food truck, connect with local vendors, and experience the vision behind this new wellness hub.

This center builds on the success of Kaizen Athletics and Kaizen Adaptive Training and was designed to be a collaborative space offering:

Big news for the Kaizen Wellness Center!

I’m excited to introduce one of the four practitioners joining our new wellness space… Shelly Satizabal, founder of EMBODY. Shelly is a functional medicine provider who specializes in root-cause, integrative health, helping people truly understand their bodies and take control of their health.

Even better? Shelly isn’t just joining the wellness center, she’s also an athlete at Kaizen Athletics and a friend, which makes this collaboration even more special.

Our vision for the Kaizen Wellness Center is simple: bring more health, performance, and healing resources to our community under one roof. Shelly’s approach to functional medicine fits that mission perfectly.
