Vanessa’s journey began when she couldn’t get the guidance she needed from her clinicians. Out of desperation, she began researching for herself — and that drive led her to pursue a clinical qualification that opened the doors to her life’s work: empowering women through perimenopause and menopause with science-based, up-to-date information.

With her ABPI qualification and the Newson Health Confidence in the Menopause certification, Vanessa blends six years of personal experience with the latest CPD-level training. She brings deep expertise in:
