About Let Me Be Great Children’s Yoga..
Let Me Be Great Children's Yoga is a opportunity for children with all abilities to practice mindfulness, strength & flexibility. Yoga practice has been around for years but very seldom is passed along to this population of individuals as a technique that can assist with so many benefits to becoming physically, mentally, and emotionally healthy. As a Pediatric Special Needs Nurse I couldn't be more excited to serve the community in such a compassionate loving way. All staff / volunteers of Let Me Be Great Children's Yoga are CPR certified, have tons of experience with ABA (behavior management) therapy, and have had the pleasure of working with children all abilities. Let Me Be Great Yoga is an insured business and all of the staff has passed a state/city background check successfully.
