đâ¨I help neurodiverse women unmask, unlearn oppressive beliefs, and unleash their authentic selves to live more aligned and fully alive.
My counseling approach is rooted in social awareness, personal meaning, and client empowerment. It is shaped by my core values of being person-centered, trauma-informed, culturally competent, identity-affirming, and neurodiversity-affirming.
These guiding principles inform how I nurture relationships, adapt interventions, and hold space for my clients to feel seen, safe, and supported.
I work from a foundation of empathy and collaboration, honoring each personâs experience while helping them reclaim agency, explore the events and circumstances of their lives, and heal while considering systemic, relational, developmental, and environmental influences.
My theoretical orientation integrates Humanist, Feminist, and Existential theories, grounded in the belief that people grow through authentic connection, self-awareness, and reclamation of agencyâespecially in the face of early adversity and systemic oppression.
I draw on evidence-based modalities such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), while incorporating narrative, sensory, and somatic interventions to support trauma processing, emotional regulation, and identity development.
These tools help my clients externalize internalized beliefs, track patterns between mind and body, and develop more compassionate relationships with themselves. Healing must honor mind-body-spirit and the sociocultural context in which a person lives.
