Sincere Knees LLC is a business that accept Adult' with developmental disabilities for Community Engagement to meet the needs of engaging in the community. Individuals are able to go places, do things that they desire in the community. Individuals can experience different adventurous activities that they love throughout the Hampton Roads area. At this time we are accepting Individuals that must have a Community Living waiver or FIS waiver and private pay at that time of services........

Sincere Knees LLC offer different adventurous things that is available in the community as follows:

-Seasonal Events, summer, fall, spring and winter activities
-Creative arts and crafts
-Visiting zoos, aquariums, planetariums and museums
-Recreational events like swimming, bowling, skating, dancing etc.
-Engaging with local libraries that has enjoying events
-Skill building classes tailored to individual interests
- Stimulate there brain with indoor activities
-Advocating for disability inclusion in everyday local events etc.
- Affordable Events

The individuals engaging in the community can boost social connections, helps them as an individual with developmental disabilities. During regular community activities, the individuals can actively engage with local and gain extensive benefits.

Increasing a sense of belonging

Meeting like- minded individuals and forming good relations

Improving social skills

Enhancing physical and mental well-being

Bettering the community as a whole by advocating for developmental inclusion in everyday local events in the Hampton Roads Area
