I would like to say thank you to my staff on Employee Appreciation Day.
We are now 6 years into the life of FULLY ALIVE, and when I look back, I couldn’t have asked for a better group of people to build this with.
Every single person who has been part of this team has brought a different skill set, a different personality, and a different strength to the table. And that’s exactly what has shaped this place into what it is today.
Our growth hasn’t come from fancy equipment or marketing campaigns. It’s come from people.
From coaches who genuinely care about the clients in front of them. From team members who step up when something needs to get done. From conversations between sets. From the standard you hold, even when no one is watching.
It’s also the things most people never see.
The continuing education workshops. The meetings. The books you’re reading.
The constant effort to become better coaches, not just to improve yourselves, but to improve the experience for the people who trust us with their health.
It’s the cleaning that never goes unnoticed. The attention to detail. The pride you take in this space. You are what makes this place great.
You are a big reason Fully Alive continues to grow. You are a big reason lives are improving. And you are a big reason so many people feel like this is a place they belong.
And you are my second family.
Mainly because you’re all kind enough to endure my dad jokes on a daily basis. That alone takes patience. You all know I’m always pushing for more, higher standards, better systems, better coaching. But understand this clearly: I am grateful for all you are doing and all you have done. I don’t take it lightly.
And with today also being International Women’s Day, I’m especially grateful for the incredible women on this team. Thank you for showing up. Thank you for caring. Thank you for building Fully Alive with me.
