3 broken bones in 3 years is enough for anyone to WAKE UP and do better.

I saw a post the other day where someone said it’s bad people care more about what they look like and what they’re wearing MORE than their own future. I WHOLEHEARTEDLY AGREE🔥🔥🔥

I talk to people on a regular basis who feel that as long as they’re healthy then there’s no change to be made😖.

Well. I’m here to tell you. HEALTH is a verb. It’s something you have to do. Work at. Be intentional with. Because at any given day. You could be in a place where those clothes and shoes and cars won’t matter if you can’t even dress up and go nowhere. 🙌🏾

So let me tell you NOW in THIS moment. I will be EDUCATING on why it’s so important to TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF in your healthy days. So WE (nurses) wont have to take care of you as much later.

I know you have dreams of being an entrepreneur and you don’t want to work a JOB or maybe you’re tired of your boss and coworkers. I get it.
