I am a licensed clinical therapist and clinical supervisor who practices in both states – Maryland and Virginia. I specialized and find joy working with people who are struggling with marriage and family issues, eating disorders, body image, anxiety, trauma, depression and obsessive-compulsive behaviors. In my 10 years of therapy experience, I have had the pleasure of working in a variety of settings ranging from inpatient, outpatient and partial hospitalization programs with individuals across the age spectrum. Therapy work is my passion, I love this work and take an invested interest and interactive approach in my sessions. I primarily utilized and have specialized in cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy however believe that each individual is unique and diverse and cater to their needs with a multifaceted therapeutic approach. Sometimes, even the strongest people amongst us need a little bit of help to work through some of life’s more challenging problems. Everyone has battles to fight and hurdles to overcome at some point.
