Jada is now accepting new clients ages 6+
She primarily works with kids, teens, college students, and individuals with ADHD, but her sessions are open to anyone seeking honest, down-to-earth support.
She frequently works with people who feel they’re “too much,” “not enough,” or just overwhelmed trying to hold it all together. (ADHD? Anxiety? Depression? Overwhelm? Family tension? Burnout? You name it—she’s probably helped someone through it.)
Jada integrates creative and evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, art, somatic work, play therapy techniques, and narrative therapy, all with a touch of humor and real talk. She’s warm, laid-back, and straightforward in a way that fosters trust without ever being pushy.
Each session concludes with a simple, achievable goal because therapy isn’t just about talking; it’s about making change.
