Getting back to the basics....
It's been 2 years since my last post.
I'll admit I faltered.
I caved.
I buy harsh cleaners and Clorox wipes.
I use candles more often than my oils.
I use store bought beauty products instead of natural ones.
I use Tide laundry detergent and downy softener beads.
There are bath and body works plug-ins in 3 of my rooms.
I take ibuprofen, Aleve, Nyquil and Centrum vitamins.
And when I have the flu, I take whatever is prescribed to me.
Everything that you see on this page before 2019 shows a whole other side of how things use to be done in my house.
I'm gonna be honest with myself and the audience on this page, I'm not sure I will ever stop using the products above. It's convenient, it easy and faster than having to take the time to make all the products myself. And I'm not gonna lie sometimes its just cheaper. My lifestyle just doesn't make time for that anymore.
Do I miss my oils? Yes!!!! Do I still buy them? Yes!!!
It's like riding a bike, I've never forgotten all the benefits the oils offer and they DO work. I'm not saying they don't.
When your upline tells you to start with the basics...
START WITH THE BASICS, KEEP IT SIMPLE! I overwhelmed myself with jumping in too deep that when it got to be to much it halted immediately.
My goal is to keep it simple this time around, go back to the basics of oils. Use just what my body needs, one thing at a time. You don't have to buy 50 different bottles at one time.
So I'm gonna dust off that old diffuser that's still sitting in the corner of the kitchen and enjoy some lemon in the air! You can follow me on this simple oil journey, AGAIN, for some ways to help make you and your home feel splendid!
