Life, Death, Rebirth.
I'm obsessed.
In 19 days I will enter the womb of darkness. Three full days in total darkness at Sky Cave Dark Retreat.
I choose to die before I die so that my living is more vibrant with every rebirth.
At the end of this year it will be 7 years since the death of my 18 year marriage. I had ideas of where I wanted to go, who I wanted to be, what I wanted to birth into the world, how I needed to heal, but I didn't really know. I just knew death was the necessary first step for me.
I simply kept following one womb centered f**k yes and f**k no at a time. I kept staying curious and open to how Life was leading and playing with me.
And here I AM.
I AM more at home inside my body, my or**sm, my creativity, my limitations than I have ever been. Creating magic as I submit to the magic of Creation swirling in, around and through me.
This retreat is an honoring of the 7 years of becoming. A symbol of the choice I made to enter the death and be reborn.
I can't wait to be held in the void. I can't wait to rest in Goddess primal waters of darkness for three full days. I can't wait to have all that time and space to linger in my BEing.
And then I look forward to emerging into the light, connected more deeply to I AM than ever before. Ready to bring my coaching business to the world from my most authentic essence.

(I talk about patriarchy/misogyny and men in this video. I want to be clear that I believe it is not just men perpetuating the patriarchal bu****it of society over the last several centuries. There were just as many women in my life pushing the ways of patriarchy on me as men. I was steeped in it. I perpetuated it on every level as one in the sect of Christian ministry I was in, the family dynamics I participated in within my marriage, and the kind of parenting my children endured in their early childhood. I am unlocking the chains that held me captive and hopefully supporting others to do the same. Sorry I only identified men in this video. I didn't mean to discriminate. 😁)

1. Trauma informed BodyMindSpirit Sessions: 90 minutes for $225. Sessions are co-created with you to meet your needs. Modalities used in these sessions include CranioSacral Therapy, Esalen Massage Therapy, somatic release and breathwork processes, inner child work, depth psychology insights, spiritual journey work, imaginal and dream tending work. 2. One on one coaching package: Three months, 12 sessions, zoom sessions or in office. Starting in September 2022.
** Desire based coaching. Come with a desire you would like to move in greater freedom and fulfillment. Could be connecting more deeply to Freedom and Aliveness in S*xuality, Sensuality, Love, Body, Breath, Confidence, Life Purpose, Relationships. Movement is life. Even in our quietest moments, there are subtle movements happening within. I love tuning into the subtleties of BodyMindSpirit, locating places the movement seems to be restricted to create loving awareness. The human organism wants to be in balance and flow. When given the opportunity in safety and loving support to observe itself and self correct, it will do its best. It’s an honor to join you, whether through CranioSacral therapy, Esalen Massage, or Life Coaching to observe and listen for the path that your unique BodyMindSpirit reveals to bring greater vitality to your entire being.

In order for me to continue to hold space and facilitate that kind of movement for clients of a variety of backgrounds, pain patterns and needs, it is imperative that I continue to allow myself to lovingly become aware of my own restricted areas and support flow and movement in my BodyMindSpirit. I do this through continuing education, self care routines in nature, movement therapies such as Qi Gong and Yoga, bodywork such as Esalen Massage and CranioSacral therapy, talk therapy, sound therapy, journaling, ceremony, and ultimately staying connected to Self, Spirit, Earth and Others. I love expanding and contracting with the rhythms of life/death/life cycles.

For every freedom and fluidity of movment you observe from the outside of my life, you can be sure there were a thousand moments of observations of restricted areas of my BodyMindSpirit, loving attendance to those restrictions, gentle releases and then a rush of life force energy with the opportunity to create new life and growth. That rush of or****ic life force is what I co-create with to produce both big and small movement in my world. Only my journal, kids, closest friends, and practitioners see the commitment and sometimes painful work of locating, holding, honoring, releasing and rewiring my patterns of restriction into patterns of ease and flow. Every moment is worth it to me.
