Our sweet goat Snickers was attacked by a dog this week and it was a very scary moment for all of us. The men here jumped in immediately to help care for him, clean his wounds, and get him stitched up. He pulled through and is now resting and healing.

One of the beautiful things about life at Rising Tide Ranch is the connection between the men and the animals. Caring for these animals teaches responsibility, compassion, patience, and stewardship of God’s creation. These animals become part of the healing journey. They’re not just animals — they’re part of the family.

Snickers means a lot to the men here, and they have been checking on him constantly, praying over him, and making sure he’s comfortable.

Please keep Snickers in your prayers as he continues to heal.
And please also pray for the men here at the ranch, that God continues to use this place — and even these animals — as part of the restoration and recovery happening every day.

At Rising Tide Ranch, we’re more than sober living — we’re a brotherhood, a working ranch, and a place where Jesus restores lives.

Each week, we provide fresh food to the men of Rising Tide Ranch and local families in need. As the demand grows, our shelves are running low — and we can’t do it alone.
 
With the ongoing food crisis in our community, we’re committed to being a safe place for those facing food insecurity — but we need your partnership to keep it going.
 
 How You Can Help:
