One thing I hear from my clients and the students I have worked with is the thought another person could make them feel happy, full, or complete.
You have to be content with your person, be your own best friend, and respect your worth for you to be happy in the presence with anyone else.
So, go be a GOOD friend to yourself. Spend time with yourself.
And change up what you do.
