i know it’s terrifying and overwhelming…

i know it’s exhausting hearing doctors tell you you’re fine when you know you’re not…

i know it’s easier to listen to the health “guru” with “biz” in their name tell you it’s just a celery deficiency or you’re not getting enough sunshine…

i know, because i feel it too.

i spent years undiagnosed, drowning my problems in essential oils + believing doctors were the enemy…until i became so chronically ill that my bloodwork shocked everyone in the room.

your beautiful adhd brain is making you feel like you’re being chased by lions right now. it’s searching for the easiest solution to make you feel safe. but i promise, just getting yourself there will be the hardest part.

holding so much space for you because i still struggle with it too xx
