Upgraded Reiki Energy Healing Sessions!✨

All sessions now include a grounding mat, with the option to upgrade to a PEMF mat. I use a professional-grade PEMF mat used in clinical and commercial wellness settings. I use it almost daily myself because of how deeply it supports the body and nervous system.

A PEMF mat uses gentle pulsed electromagnetic frequencies and infrared heat to support the body at a cellular level. This 6-week program helps kids build calm confidence, emotional awareness, and self-regulation through mindfulness, movement, and creative art.

✨ They’ll learn tools to:
• Understand and manage their emotions
• Calm their body and focus their mind
• Cultivate kindness, confidence, and self-trust

This age group is such a powerful stage of growth learning how to pause, breathe, and respond rather than react sets them up for success in every area of life. 💖

When I first visualized the The Springs Wellness Center, it was about 5 years ago and at the time I also really wanted to build my smoothie cafe. I imagined a space that would house both a wellness center and cafe, but at the time I didn’t have a space where I could do both…so I started with the cafe.

Now since selling my cafe, my heart still longed for a wellness space. To be honest, my initial thought was this center would be in Florida and NOT Minnesota, BUT as I have evolved on this path and as opportunities have showed up, im being lead to start in Minnesota✨

Now, seeing this vision come to life feels surreal. The design boards, the planning sessions, the details of every room it’s all unfolding with so much purpose, the collaboration, and working with an amazing business advisor…its feeling so real🫶

Stay tuned, this vision takes time to unfold and I hope to know more in the coming months. In the meantime, I am still providing services from my home space with a goal of a Spring opening.
