We are a 24 hour/7 day a week assisted living facility in Wadena MN, with active residents. We have 4 homes and can house up to 21 clients. We provide a relaxed and home-like environment.

- We hire PCA's, nursing assistants or we will train you.

- Must be able to meet physical demands and be able to lift up to 50lbs

- Must be able to be flexible with working times including weekends, evenings, and holidays

- Accurately pass medications and give treatments according to Doctor orders.

- Be comfortable with computers and learn our program for charting

- Be accountable and show up on time

- Have reliable transportation

- Be able to prepare meals for all the residents using a planned menu with recipes

- Must be able to assist client with personal cares as needed

- Must be able to communicate effectively with co-workers and senior residents. We provide training for dementia and Alzheimer residents.

- Must be able to manage housekeeping duties

Availability for 8 hour shifts during the day (6:30am-2:30pm), evening (2:30pm-10:30pm) and mid-shift (12pm - 8pm).This job includes every other weekend and shared holidays. Full-time or Part-time work available. We are flexible and can work with your personal schedule. Teamwork is a must.

We offer holiday pay, when worked. Free meals. Occasional overtime if desired. Hourly wage starts at $15/hr.

We are not mandated for our employees to receive the Covid-19 vaccinations, but we do adhere to the strict rulings for hand washing and masks by the MN Dept. of Health. (shields are also available).
