By treating everyone we serve with compassion, dignity and respect and supporting diversity and independency, our goal is to provide adult day support and vocational habilitation with focus on daily living skills and social interaction, along with community inclusion, in addition to focusing on competitive community employment for individuals attending our program to develop the skills necessary to prepare for competitive employment. Our drivers lend a helping hand while serving those who simply need a ride. We assist the elderly and medical passengers who face mental illnesses, disabilities, special needs, cancer, dementia and other conditions. THANK YOU to the Foundry Social once again for providing us an awesome day full of fun!!! The staff is beyond amazing to all of our friends. GoKarts to begin our morning, a delicious lunch followed by unlimited arcade games!!! Who can't have fun in blistering cold weather??? ACP and the Foundry Social knows how!!!!

January has already been a fun filled month at ACP. We've made it out to the library and to the YMCA for pickleball so far. Access The Arts has been in for snowman art and we've done some of our own art as well. Bookclub, working on goals, exercise, meditation, daily exercise and much more has been enjoyed. We celebrated Sophie's birthday and congratulations to Amaya for being our January Individual of the Month.

ACP is closed 12/24-1/4. We will see everyone back 1/5/2026! Wishing everyone a very Happy New Year. Hoping you all spend some good quality time together as families, as our staff deserves some time off with their families as well. To close out 2025 here are some photos of December that we did not post yet. Outside of all the Christmas fun... we were still going out bowling, playing pickle ball, exercising, having indoor snowball fights, digital art with Miss. Taylor Bash, celebrating birthdays (Margaret and Megan!!!) and so much more. See you next year!!!

Merry Christmas to you all! ACP friends had a blast yesterday playing many games and spending a blessed day with each other. We had Access The Arts in for our party to present to them the Grateful Tree the friends have been working on for them. It was very special. The most special part of the day .... when the friends arrived they saw that Santa had come the night before and left them gifts under the ACP tree, AND he came again during our party, bringing Mrs. Claus and one of his elves with him and gave them another gift! It was a magical day!!! (we may post several posts to get all the pictures in). Lunch was homemade mac-n-cheese, baked beans and ham sandwiches. Great day at ACP!!❤🎅
