Connection to our own bodies. Connection to each other. Connection to the joy of movement. Connection of performing for an audience (but only if you want to!). Dancers move at their own pace, celebrating the growth each step of the way. Sasha Knowles Dance believes that every dancer is a star and will discover how to shine!

With so much going on in the world today...
I found myself holding my breath!

Feeling anxious and stressed in my body....
I set this simple reminder of breathing in and out to
bring awareness back into my body.

The more calm I can be,
the greater strenghth I have to serve others. 💖

In this class session we will have fun and build confidence while dancing it out to all songs about “DANCE”! We will finish with our performance at the park!

This is the reminder I needed today.
Especially as we are heading into the busy
Holiday hustle and bustle!
I ask myself these questions...
What is an absolute yes that I have to do today?
How can I simplify what I am working on?
Adding my favorite music while working on the computer
helps me make some work more fun! Or having my
favorite drink (coffee of course!!).
Tell me how you are going to have fun today?
What can you simplify!
I would really love to hear!

Today makes 3 years since I lost my mama to cancer.
I miss her beautiful sparkling self everyday.
I honor her today and everyday. 💖
I continue her legacy of teaching and inspiring.
Really she is one of my biggest WHY that fuels my business.
Why I do what I do.

You see my mom and I started "Take Time For You"
~Workshops and Retreats to inspire women to be their best selves.
We had plans to continue to provide dynamic events…but life sure took some different turns. My mom was also working on a program called Moms
Time out….little moments throughout the day to find just slivers of peace for busy moms.
I have now taken the torch and added my own twist!
I have created Body Love By D.A.N.C.E. a five step process that helps you breakthrough your negative emotions, get moving towards a positive outlook and rewards you with a big hug of self-love. Just like my mama taught me.

My mom was a speaker, author and minister for over 30 years. She was also a woman who over came many adversities in her life time and used all those trials and challenges to only grow into an amazing woman.
She helped so many people along her journey to know that they mattered.
She especially helped women and youth find their spark within to be their best selves!
I am so proud to honor her everyday!
I feel her cheering me on like she always did.
I learned from her and grew into the woman I am today!
Thank you mama! I am so lucky to be your daughter!

Thank you for helping me dive deep into my why and take all of my ideas and pull them together.

I am so excited to present Halloween Dance Spooktacular!
At the Waikoloa Community Park on Friday October 29
A Fundraiser for FRIENDS OF PU'U NUI PARK.
I have been teaching at this park in Waikoloa since 2010. I love it!!
All Proceeds will go towards the restoration.
What is a Dance Spooktacular?
🎃Ages 0-13
🎃Sign up for your keiki's age group
🎃One hour of Halloween fun
🎃Dancers wear their costume
🎃Dance Party with Coach Sasha
🎃Costume parade around the park
🎃Halloween craft Activity
