Again I wanna thank my biggest reason of pushing myself to enter shows and and leading by example(58yrs old) of how hard work pays off! ( 3am prepping, 430am cardio 6am training 6pm second training session not to mention WORK throughout the day LOL) My son Ka'eo! Thank you and Love you son.

TODAY IS THE DAY! Hawaiian Islands Bodybuilding Championship @ The Blaisdell Concert Hall 5pm!! Yes, I said the Stingrey Classic 4 weeks ago was my last here on island at least. But for some reason, I felt I needed to do the Hawaiian Island ! So I made MYSELF the priority, motivated to prove that at 58 years old, my body can recover, grow and be ABOVE AND BEYOND the past in under 4 weeks!
Meal prep is HARD when you’re training for two shows in a row. And Finding someone who can prep the same meals you have to eat for weeks and it is actually EDIBLE AND AMAZING, is WORTH IT!! Look at that BEEF! Thank you my friend!

Aloha everybody! Thank you for liking/joining my page!
I Hope everyone’s Monday is going great! Every morning we wake up is a blessing. It’s a new day God has granted us and all of you guys with another opportunity to LIVE YOUR BEST LIFE! We have been given a BEAUTIFUL day to continue the good we do, love our families, friends! God has blessed us with the ability to go ABOVE AND BEYOND what is handed to us everyday, no matter if it’s good or bad. We have a chance to right yesterdays wrongs, to forgive and to LEARN from them. Pray for them and for the power to overcome these obstacles. AIM to go BEYOND the bad and the good and make it better!
This video is from yesterday. This is my spot I come every Sunday to pray. I had a client/friend help me do this video. She has this book “3000 questions about me” so she opened to a random page and asked me the first question she saw… it’s a little ironic if you think about it and even more since I almost f ell off that cliff during low tide! Love how concerned she sounded in the background… 🤦‍♂️😂🙏 Maybe during high tide… 🌊🤿🏊
