Today is World Autism Awareness Day 💙

A gentle reminder:
Be kind. Be patient. Be supportive. You never know the battles someone is navigating behind the scenes.

For the caregivers—the parents, the advocates, the ones showing up every single day with love and strength—you are seen. Your work is sacred, even on the days that feel overwhelming. And yes… you deserve rest too. You deserve support. You deserve a break.

Let’s create a world where neurodiversity is embraced, differences are honored, and no caregiver feels like they have to do it all alone.

💙 Kindness matters
💙 Support changes lives
💙 Community heals

Drop a 💙 if you love or support someone Ausome💙

Fruits and veggies are non-negotiable for your health — full stop. However they’re grown, however you can afford them. Please don’t let perfect be the enemy of good here. 🙌🏽

That said, I do think it’s worth knowing what’s on your food — especially during perimenopause, when your body is already working overtime to stay in balance. Pesticide exposure is one of those sneaky stressors that can quietly add to your toxic load and mess with your hormones.

That’s why I love EWG’s Shopper’s Guide. It’s not about fear or guilt — it’s about information. Their analysis looked at 54,000+ USDA samples of fruits and veggies (all washed or peeled first!) and ranked them by pesticide residue levels.
Here’s the quick breakdown:

🍓 Dirty Dozen = highest pesticide residue (prioritize organic here when you can)
🥑 Clean Fifteen = lowest residue, nearly 60% had none detected
🍅 Everything else = somewhere in the middle
Use this as a guide, not a rulebook. Buy organic where it matters most, conventional where it doesn’t, and always — always — eat your produce.

💾 Save this post so you have it next time you’re at the grocery store!

Did you know your hair can reveal what’s happening inside your body? 👀

Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) looks at the minerals and toxic metals stored in your hair to uncover patterns related to:
• energy & metabolism
• stress resilience
• nutrient status
• heavy metal exposure

Small strand. Big insights. 🧬 DM if you’re ready to test and not guess the next step in your health journey.

During perimenopause, your body is more sensitive to stress, inflammation, and oxidative damage. Hormonal shifts (especially declining estrogen) can increase inflammation, impact your immune system, and drain your energy.

✨ This is where molecular hydrogen (H2) can be supportive.

When infused into water, molecular hydrogen may:

• Support cellular hydration
• Help reduce oxidative stress
• Calm inflammation
• Support immune balance
• Improve energy and mental clarity

And the best part? It doesn’t change the pH of your water — just enhances it at the cellular level.

Instead of just “drinking more water” and hoping it helps, imagine actually supporting your cells while you hydrate.

For women in perimenopause who feel:
– Puffy and inflamed
– Constantly tired
– Foggy-headed
– Slower to recover from stress

This is about working smarter, not harder.

Because in this season, we don’t need more extremes.
We need deeper cellular support. 💛

Nobody tells women this…

During perimenopause, fluctuating estrogen doesn’t just affect your mood or cycle — it affects your immune system and inflammation levels too.

Estrogen and histamine have a two-way relationship.
• Estrogen can stimulate mast cells to release more histamine.
• Histamine can also signal the body to produce more estrogen.

So when estrogen starts fluctuating (which it absolutely does in perimenopause), histamine activity can increase.

And excess histamine can mean:

→ Increased inflammation
→ Swollen sinus passages
→ Pressure behind the eyes
→ Post-nasal drip
→ Feeling like you “always have allergies”
→ More frequent sinus infections

This is why some women in their 40s suddenly start struggling with congestion and sinus pressure — even if they never had issues before.

It’s not random.
It’s hormonal inflammation.

Now here’s where support matters.

Instead of only reacting when infection sets in, we can support drainage, circulation, and calming the inflammatory response.

For some women, ear candling can feel supportive as part of a holistic sinus-care routine. While it is not a medical treatment for infections, some clients report:

• A sense of pressure release
• Improved ear comfort
• Temporary relief of congestion
• Relaxation of sinus tension

Because sinus pathways, lymphatic drainage, and the ears are interconnected, supporting one area can sometimes help the overall feeling of head pressure.

I always remind women — this is about supporting the body, not forcing it.

Other foundational supports still matter:
• Nervous system regulation (stress raises histamine)
• Gut health support
• Liver support
• Reducing inflammatory foods
• Lymphatic movement

Perimenopause is an inflammatory season for many women.
But we can calm the terrain.

If sinus issues have increased since your hormones started shifting, you’re not crazy. Your body is communicating.

And there are gentle ways to support it 💛
