Rooted Flow’s Mission
Rooted Flow Yoga aims to provide a personal experience for each practitioner, no matter the level of training or background, by encouraging individuals to look within. With an emphasis on prana energy and breath, Jen guides her students through mindfully sequenced movement within an accessible vinyasa-based flow. Students can expect to work hard, breathe deeply, and leave their mats feeling more at home in their bodies and minds.
In a hectic world, it’s more common than not to lose touch with truest selves; our hopes, dreams, wants, and needs. As we breathe, bend, and move within our yoga practice, we are reminded of the authenticity buried beneath all of the layers, rooted deeply within. It is only from this pure awareness that we are capable of flowing with the ebb of life.
