Tis the season for giving !!

While we are a FREE event in our community, we like to pick a local organization to highlight at the market. This year, we've chosen the House of Dreams Clubhouse! They have chosen to run a hygiene drive to help support their cause.

A little about them:
This amazing organization helps members and colleagues through rehabilitation. They support andtheir members help build confidence to empower their members in their recovery through opportunities for employment, education, socialization, skills development, housing, and improve wellness.

At Clubhouse members and staff work side-by-side as “colleagues” to take care of and make decisions about all functions of the Clubhouse. The term “ Members” is used because it gives more of a sense of belonging and empowerment and “Colleagues” is a mutually empowering term with in the Clubhouse world. We feel that the side by side work allows members to develop more natural relationships and use their specific gifts and talents.

I decided to make a few new things this year... This is just a sneak peak 😉... I need to get ready for the Old World Christmas Market on the 21st & 22nd of November!!

I figured I never have anything cool for the kids.. So why not make some cool soaps !!

🐷 Piggie is Oatmeal Honey with Fruity Pebbles scent
🦈 Shark is Oatmeal Honey with Blue Raspberry scent

I'll be making some Alligator ones tomorrow. I'm undecided with that scent still...

Not only do I make soaps, tinctures & smelly good things ... I love silkies and plan on being a small silkie breeder in 2026 for pets, not for show.

Tincture, tinctures & more tintures.. I labeled a few, now to label more .. Then I have about 200 bottles I need to put the heated seal on ... I'll eventually get them done before our first craft fair November 15th at the Rec center in Marinette WI.

Tinctures are used for numerous different symptoms . I have numerous different kind of Tinctures. This week I will add a list of them all and a quick summary of what they are used for . Now back to more labeling .. 💛💙

Tis the season for colds .. 🤧🫩

Here in the UP I think we are in our first fake Fall. Trees maybe turning, the golden rod is getting more yellow everyday, it maybe in the low 40s at night, but give it one or two more good weeks with a high of 80s or 90s.

It's senior year for my daughter. . So you know sickness with be spreading around the school. Then it seems my husband's work is a germ fest too, it all comes back in our house no matter what you do. 🙄.

So let's start the herbal meds sooner than later !!!

Garlic infused honey-
Immune booster, Antioxidant and anti-inflammatory, Soothes colds and sore throats, Supports digestion and gut health, Cardiovascular health:

Oregano Oil-Antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, Antimicrobial and antifungal effects, Supports gut health, Boosts immune system, Aids in weight loss.

Onion infused In Honey - Soothes the throat, Fights infection, Acts as an expectorant, Reduces inflammation, Supports the immune system.

The Onion infused in honey will made soon. I ran out of honey. 🤷‍♀️ This is why the garlic honey isn't filled. Then elderberry syrup will be made sometime soon too. I still have a jar in the freezer . 😁

When your day isn't going the greatest ... You harvest something ...🏵🌼

Today, Eleanor and I picked some of our marigolds. These beauties will be used for in our home-made chicken herb blend to sprinkle in the coop & for treats!

We will have a few more herbs we will be added after we pick and dry them... Then we'll show you the finish blend !
