This mountain has been with me my whole life—quietly present as I grew, even before I truly noticed her. In moments when I began to sense her presence, I still took her for granted.

Yet she is so much more than a mountain.
Her trails have held me, nourished me, offered quiet solace with every step I took upon her slopes.

It wasn’t until I moved my healing space into this suite—windows framing her in view—that everything deepened.

Only then did I truly connect, heart and spirit, feeling the profound way she witnesses, cradles, and restores.

Now she stands as both ancient guardian and gentle companion—a timeless presence that has shaped me without ever asking for recognition.

And in her silent embrace, I finally understand:
some relationships are not meant to be named or claimed…
they are simply lived.

I no longer hike to find her—
I simply turn toward the window,
and there she is already inside the breath I’m taking, already woven into the stillness I’m learning to trust.

What’s that one dream you’ve held close, something just for you, still waiting to unfold? A pursuit that nourishes your spirit, that stretches your horizons and sets your heart alight.

For me, it’s so simple, yet so rich, just lying under the vast blue sky, watching those fluffy clouds drift by, letting my imagination sail to far-off places.

Oh, I love this vibe! The last time I shouted someone’s awesomeness out loud was earlier today. I realized early this morning. I ran out of coffee creamer. So at 5 AM put on some clothes, looking a bit disheveled, and came across the cheeriest cashier. I had to tell her how awesome she was!

It wasn’t about the money or the house. It wasn’t about the children, the grandchildren or the great grandchildren. Although I’m pretty sure they would never have thought that we would have grown in numbers as we have. What they gave us was a legacy of memories, of love, of connection. There legacy is forever our family blueprint.
