If you’ve ever been told “your labs are normal,” but you still feel unwell — it’s worth a deeper look.
Reference ranges are built to identify overt disease. They don’t always reflect early metabolic shifts, subtle hormone changes, or the physiologic impact of chronic stress and poor sleep.
Normal does not always mean optimal.
