2. Based on your organization's schedule configurations, the right on-call person receives the call on their mobile phone
3. If answered, the responder connects on a live call with the caller to resolve their problem immediately
4. If not answered, the call is automatically escalated to the on-call group
5. Plus, in the unlikely case no one responds, the caller is prompted to leave a voicemail that then escalates through the team again as a loud, persistent OnPage alert
