There has been a lot going on in my life in the past two years and I stepped away from teaching during that time. However, I am looking forward to teaching again in 2025, so I am happy to say that I am finally returning.

Trouble sleeping? Try yogic sleep! Yoga Nidra is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, induced by a guided meditation. This class will begin with some gentle yoga poses to get us settled into stillness for this relaxation technique.

Wednesdays @ 9:30-10:30pm EDT. This is a donation-based class. Suggested donation: $5-15

Start your day with a slow, relaxing practice of long-held poses (3-5 minutes) sitting and lying down. The practice of yin yoga incorporates mindful breath and awareness to calm the body and the mind. The use of props is encouraged to accommodate different body types and abilities. They will support you in holding the poses for longer periods of time. Increasing flexibility, decreasing stress, improving attention, and better emotion regulation are some of the benefits of this mindful yin yoga class. Join Chryssi for this class and set the tone for your day!
