Start your day with a slow, relaxing practice of long-held poses (3-5 minutes) sitting and lying down. The practice of yin yoga incorporates mindful breath and awareness to calm the body and the mind. The use of props is encouraged to accommodate different body types and abilities. They will support you in holding the poses for longer periods of time.
